The garage gets some much needed TLC...
Since the XR is at the shop getting a cage installed, I found myself wondering into the garage and just standing in the middle with a blank look, like something big was missing from my life. So, I decided to take advantage of the nice weather and clean up the garage!
I began by cleaning the floor with some muratic acid, then painting the floor with floor enamel. I used QuickCreate two-part epoxy and have been very satisfied with teh results. I got it from Lowes. My dream garage will use UCoatIt or similar, but for $70 this stuff is awesome!
Then, Alison dove into organizing things and the result was a ton of shelves and mucho space for a 1 car working garage.
I now have a nice floor to work on (and that repels fluids!) and much more space to open doors and walk around a car. I'm pumped!
